I can honestly say that Spirit - The Seventh Fire is the most exciting CD I have ever owned. It conjures up visions of the show and re-kindles the powerful emotions I felt. I was extremely pleased that Chief Hawk Pope's narration was included; it's the essence of the music and brings it all into focus. The piano pieces interspersed throughout the CD create soft haunting moments that speak to my heart. When I hear Patrick Mirabal's flute solos the sound is pure and I stop whatever I am doing to give it the full attention it deserves. I can picture him flowing with his flute and dancing with his Didgeridoo. The drums are the life blood of the native Spirit; they provide movement and authenticity. Peter Buffett is a genius! He has created a perfect blend of instruments that invites you to feel the emotion of the Seventh Fire.
