To participate in announced Fire Circle presales, you must join by the announced deadline. All times Eastern. Presale details will be sent to you via email. Members who miss Fire Circle presale for city already past deadline will still receive opportunities to buy presale tickets during Fire Circle presale for subsequent tour markets, within their year of membership. Fire Circle members are responsible for ordering their presale tickets during designated periods; no additional consideration can be offered once the deadline has passed and tickets are on sale to the general public.

Advance notice of shows and events will be via email. Please ensure you submit your membership with a valid email address and inform us if your address needs to be updated at any time. Spirit - The Seventh Fire is not responsible for missed email notices due to technical difficulties, invalid email addresses, firewalls, insufficient account storage, or message filters.

Fire Circle Sessions with Chief Hawk Pope will be held once in each tour location. Fire Circle members will be informed in advance via email of the date and time of each Session.

Fire Circle members wishing to schedule a Meet and Greet with Spirit cast members and/or a VIP Backstage Tour must contact us at fanclub@spiritfirecircle.com at least 48 hours in advance of the show they plan to attend, to allow time for the Spirit Team to coordinate, schedule and confirm such visits. VIP Backstage Tours will typically take place about an hour before showtime, depending on availability of cast and an on-site Fire Circle host. Meet and Greets with Spirit Cast Members will generally take place after shows.

Fire Circle members may bring one (1) guest to Sessions with Chief Hawk Pope, Meet and Greets and VIP Backstage Tours.

Online moderated chats will be scheduled at selected times and Fire Circle members will be notified in advance via email. Members wishing to participate must contact us at fanclub@spiritfirecircle.com at least 24 hours in advance to request access information to be included in the pre-arranged chats.

Membership package includes opportunities that are in conjunction with the tour and cast members' schedules. Fire Circle members choose which opportunities they will or will not use, based on those scheduled offerings.

Values on Meet and Greet, VIP Backstage Tour, and Exclusive Online Chats reflect tour operational costs for those items. They are not available for purchase at that price outside of the Fire Circle membership package.

Merchandise vouchers good for merchandise currently featured online at the Spirit Store at time of redemption. Fire Circle members will receive three $10 vouchers over the course of one year, each good for redemption in a designated time period. Vouchers have no cash value.

Membership packages including up to 3 Autographed Photos of cast members, Custom Tour Laminate, and the "History of Spirit" DVD (if one of the first 200 members to join) will typically be shipped 6-8 weeks after Fire Circle membership is purchased. Though we try to honor preferences, we might not be able to fulfill requests for specific autographed photos based on supply when Fire Circle membership package is sent.

The charter joining price of $19.95 will end at the tour's discretion and may be raised anytime after the Boston Fire Circle pre-sale.
