The Spirit Fund Advisory Committee will make nonbinding recommendations as to the distribution of funds over time. |

Grants are made by RSF with the recommendation of a group of advisors affiliated with Spirit - The Seventh Fire. The Committee comprises:
- Rebecca Adamson (Cherokee), CEO, First Nations
- Peter Buffett, Creator/Producer, Spirit - The Seventh Fire
- Bob Dandrew (Mohawk), RSF
- Lance Morgan (Winnebego), Ho-Chunk Enterprises
